Ran a 5k

As part of an online running club, I ran a 5k to help support End7, a charity working to end 7 neglected tropical diseases around the world.
Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) are the most common diseases of the world’s poor.
Most people have never have heard of diseases like elephantiasis, river blindness, snail fever, trachoma, roundworm, whipworm or hookworm. But nearly one in six people globally, including more than half a billion children, have these diseases. Without treatment, NTDs can lead to lifelong disabilities and suffering.

I joined other runners around the world to complete a 5 kilometer run to raise money for End7, and help fund the delivery of the necessary pharmaceuticals to those who need them most.
